We welcome documentation, but\r\nrequire only an ingredients list; the goal is to get brewers to have fun\r\nwith the items on the list. The 2016 list is as follows:\r\n\r\nAlmond\r\nCitron Leaf\r\nCloves\r\nHyssop\r\nLigonberry\r\nMeadowsweet\r\n\r\nPeas\r\nPomegranate\r\nRaisins\r\nSweet gale\r\nAll the ingredients on the list were known in our period and most appear\r\nin brewing recipes.\r\n\r\nWe ask that you provide a sufficient quantity of your beverage for a panel\r\nof five judges to sample; two twelve-ounce bottles or one bomber should do\r\nnicely.\r\n\r\nWe hope you have as much fun designing and brewing recipes with all these\r\ningredients as we do exploring your products. See you at Ymir!\r\n\r\n
