Kingdom Arts and Sciences Festival and Royal Brewer Competition

From our current Royal Brewer, Lord Brian of Woodside Priory, came the following missive. Since this, it has become known to us that Lord Brian has mundane conflicts that cannot be avoided, and that the site is permitting alcohol for the purpose of our competition only.  Mistress Sorcha will manage the Royal Brewer competition in is place, using the guidelines below. The categories Lord Brian refers to are beers & ales, meads & wines, cordials, and cyser/perry (depending on the number of entries, judges have the option of folding cyser/perry into meads & wines).

Now, a word from our Royal Brewer:

Greetings to the List,
I apologize for my long absence and the delay in making this information available.  I would like to make everyone aware of what I am looking at as the entry criteria for the next Kingdom Brewer competition.  Please bear in mind that as with all Kingdom notables, criteria is subject to the whim of their majesties.
What I would like to see from each brewer competing would be three entries in at least two different categories.  I feel it is important that the Kingdom Brewer be able to demonstrate competence in multiple areas and having multiple entries allows the brewer to demonstrate consistency in their work.  Basic documentation (recipe and process) would be required and more in depth documentation is strongly encouraged.  The categories and the judging criteria would be Atlantian Brewers Guild standard.
I am aware that by brewing standards this is relatively short notice and if folks think that the above criteria would not be workable on the current time available, please let me know.
In Service,
Lord Brian Crawford,
Kingdom Brewer
